What is the Guildmaster Award?
Every year, companies in the GuildQuality community continuously strive to provide outstanding customer experiences. Once they have applied, if they meet all of the criteria, they are honored with the Guildmaster Award. These award winners are determined by their customer recommendation rate and survey response rate. The award is open in Q4 of the current year and closes in Q2 the following year, using customer feedback from the entire calendar year.
The average recommendation rate in the residential construction industry is around 70%. To qualify, a member must achieve a ‘Likely to Recommend’ rate of 90% or higher. GuildQuality reviews survey feedback from all customers who were sent a survey in the previous year, including older responses.
GuildQuality members with fewer than 20 survey responses are not eligible for the Guildmaster Award.
