Performed by our expert technicians, this service includes a comprehensive inspection and minor repairs to address common roofing issues. We’ll also provide detailed recommendations for future maintenance or repairs your roof may need. You’ll receive before-and-after photos to see the improvements made to your roof.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Your roofing technician will inspect the entire roof and provide before-and-after photos with detailed notes.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Replacement of up to 5 blown-off shingles
Repair of one deteriorated pipe gasket
Fixing exposed nail heads (“nail pops”)
Caulking and sealing of vents, flashings, and nail holes (up to 2 tubes)
Tightening loose shingles
Before and after photos of the completed work
Recommendations for future maintenance or repairs

PREPARATION:

Please move vehicles, outdoor furniture, or valuables away from the home to avoid debris.
If you want an attic inspection, ensure a clear pathway to the attic hatch.
It’s best to be home during the scheduled tune-up. If not, be available by phone.

All work is weather permitting.
Replacement shingles will match your roof color as closely as possible but do not include special orders.
Available in Maryland, Northern Virginia, DC, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
The $299 price is for residential buildings only and does not include separate structures.
Valid for asphalt shingle roofs only.
Services must be redeemed during a single visit and used by the same household.
Additional charges may apply for secondary visits ($75 trip charge).
Payment is due one business day before the appointment.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies, and a $299 fee applies for appointments canceled after 3:00 p.m. the business day before.
No warranties are expressed or implied on maintenance tune-ups.
Vouchers cannot be applied to current or past jobs.
Extra charges may apply for using a 40-foot ladder, ladder pulling, a GOAT system, non-walkable roofs, or extra harness anchor points.
